Shipping & Returns

Dispatch and delivery

Shipping is free anywhere in India. Delivery is included in the price on every product page, so the amount you see is the amount you pay — no charge is added at the end, and there is no minimum order.

Orders are dispatched in 2–4 working days. Delivery is typically 3–7 days depending on your pin code. You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves.

Payment

We take payment by UPI after confirming your piece is in stock, so nothing is charged for something we cannot send. You will get the UPI link on WhatsApp along with the confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what was listed, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.

For size issues on apparel, we exchange where we have the size in stock. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering — they are actual measured inches, not standard sizing, and they are the best way to avoid a size problem.

Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
