Privacy Policy

The short version: you can browse this whole shop without telling us who you are. We ask for nothing, there is no login, and there is no form to fill in.

What we collect on this website

Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no sign-up and no contact form anywhere on this site. We do keep three small things:

• Anonymous interest counts. When a piece is viewed, saved, shared, or its order button is tapped, we add one to a counter against that product code. The counter holds a product code and a number. It is not linked to you, and it is what decides which pieces appear in the “Loved right now” rows.
• Your saved list. Stored in your own browser, on your own device, and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it. It leaves your device only if you tap the button that composes it into a WhatsApp message, which you then choose to send.
• Notification permission, if you grant it. Turning on new-drop alerts stores the anonymous address your browser gives us so we can send a notification to it. It carries no name, number or email. Turning notifications off in your browser ends it.

What others collect

We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools on this site so we can measure whether our ads reach people who are actually interested, and show our pieces again to people who looked at them. Meta sets its own identifiers in your browser and handles that data under its own policy, not ours.

We also use Vercel Analytics for page-level traffic counts. It is privacy-focused and does not profile individual visitors.

Our website and product photos are hosted by Vercel and Sanity. Like every web host, they process the network request your browser makes, which includes your IP address.

When you message us

Ordering happens on WhatsApp. Once you message us, we hold that conversation and what you tell us in it: your name, your delivery address, your phone number and what you ordered. We keep it because we need it to send your parcel and to handle a return. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone except the courier carrying your order. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta under its own policy.

Payment is by UPI, made directly to us through your own banking app. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Your choices

• Clear your browser data for this site to delete your saved list.
• Turn off notifications for this site in your browser to end alerts.
• Use your browser’s tracking protection, or your Meta ad preferences, to limit the advertising tools described above.
• Message us to ask what we hold from your order conversation, to correct it, or to have it deleted once your order is complete and the returns window has closed.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
